Prime Networks Inc offers influencer marketing services, including but not limited to:
Identifying and connecting suitable influencers for brand campaigns.
Managing and coordinating influencer marketing activities.
Providing performance analytics and reports for campaigns.
Prime Networks Inc curates influencers based on the client's brand, target audience, and campaign objectives.
While we ensure quality and compatibility, the final selection and approval of influencers rest with the client.
Influencers act as independent contractors and are responsible for adhering to the campaign guidelines provided.
The client must provide clear campaign objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
Prime Networks Inc will oversee influencer communication, content review, and campaign execution.
Content approval is the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed.
Fees for services will be outlined in a formal agreement and must be paid as per the terms specified.
Late payments may result in delayed services or additional charges.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the agreement.
Ownership of campaign content created by influencers is subject to specific agreements between the client and the influencer.
The client is granted a limited license to use the content for agreed-upon purposes only.
Prime Networks Inc and the client agree to keep all confidential information shared during the collaboration private and secure.
Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent.
Prime Networks Inc is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the influencer's actions, content, or campaign outcomes.
Our role is to mediate and manage campaigns; final results depend on various factors outside our control.
Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in accordance with the terms specified in the agreement.
Upon termination, the client must settle all outstanding fees.
These terms and services are governed by the laws of Kolkata, west bengal, INDIA. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, west bengal, INDIA.
Prime Networks Inc reserves the right to update these terms and services. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
